Accessibility

Slowly but surely the web is attempting to move towards certain standards - in order to make the web accessible to everyone. We at Penetrode believe in this and so we design our websites to be as accessible as possible. This largely involves following guide lines set out by W3C.

With our development and design skills, various achievments for our clients are fulfilled:

  • Ensurance that our clients are protected from prosecution under the Disability Discrimination Act for running a website that discriminates against disabled people.
  • Ensurance that people with disabilities including blindness, poor eye sight and colour blindness can still make full use of your website.
This can improve sales and leads as you would no longer be "alienating" any sector of your market.
  • Generally, when accessibility is improved - so too is the websites search engine optimisation making it even more visible to popular search engines.
